My Yoga Journey
I have been practising yoga since my twenties and have had many wonderful teachers in different styles of yoga – including Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha traditions. My own yoga journey has recently led me to develop my meditation practice, as I truly believe that yoga and meditation can bring life changing benefits. I would like to see these simple, affordable practices introduced and used by more people – in schools, businesses, in the community – in fact, anywhere where there is a need for calm, focus and compassion.
