York Pilates People is bright and welcoming space for Pilates in York’s city centre.  We offer Pilates for all levels, plus a small selection of Yoga and Feldenkrais classes.  Our timetable includes classes from 7:30am until 8pm, with flexible membership to help you fit more movement into your life.
